Our strong undergraduate and postgraduate groundwater hydrology teaching program is complemented by a leading research program for the training of Master of Science and PhD by research.

Students have access to National Groundwater Short Courses for professional training, which are formally credited to their degrees, and access to excellent industry-based research projects.
Groundwater hydrology is a major growth area for employment worldwide and trained professionals in this area are in demand. The Commonwealth and State governments, water authorities, local councils, industry, and universities all employ groundwater hydrologists.

Australian Groundwater School - Assessment Pack
The Australian Groundwater School is a course topic within the Flinders post-graduate program. An assessment pack is available should you wish to gain a non-graded credit for completion, which can be used as a credit within the Graduate Certificate in Science, Graduate Diploma in Science, or Master of Science degrees. If you have attended the face to face Australian Groundwater School in the past ten years and wish to undertake an assessment pack please email: ags@groundwater.com.au for more information.
