NCGRT PhD Program - Seeking Australian and New Zealand Residents
The National Centre for Groundwater Research and Training is calling for Australian and New Zealand students seeking a PhD in the area of groundwater. Candidates with skills in mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering, earth sciences, ecology, law and/or social sciences are encouraged to apply. The projects are fully funded with lucrative top-ups on offer to candidates who meet the criteria.
The specific projects on offer are:
You must be an Australian citizen; or permanent resident of Australia; or New Zealand citizens. Applications outside of this criteria will not be considered in this round.
Awards will normally only be available to those who:
- Have completed at least four years of tertiary education studies at a high level of achievement and have an appropriate Honours 1 (or equivalent) undergraduate degree;
- Are enrolling as full-time students (part-time awards are available in certain circumstances);
- Will commence or are continuing a Master’s degree by research or Doctorate by research;
- Have had their candidature accepted in the area in which they propose to undertake their studies.
